Dear Diary,
Today has been a rather... Odd day. You see, today my family ventured out into an abandoned house. The house used to belong to my grandmother and after she passed away my grandfather ventured out into the middle of nowhere to seek adventure. Ever since, the house has been a bowl of emptiness.
The bank is coming to foreclose the house so my parents decided to stop by and pick up anything important such as family albums and antiques. I didn't have any choice but to go with my parents. I wanted to stay home and wander around but the house is 4 hours away.
When we first walked in all I smelled was dew and.. Decay? I wasn't sure of the second smell. It had a mixture of blood as well. I took a look around and I spotted an old white chair. The paint seemed to be chipping off and the chair looked... Sad.... I wondered to myself how a chair could look sorrowful but I just turned around and wandered through the rooms.
In each room I saw the same sorrowful chair. "What could it mean?" I thought to myself. When I reached to my grandmothers room I saw something peculiar. It looked to be like some sort of jewelry box, but when I picked it up I noticed there was a dial on the bottom. I turned clockwise a few times and let it rotate. It played a strange melody. At first I thought it was singing in a foreign language but then I listened closely and it was chanting, "The Chair. The Chair. The Chair Full Of Sorrow"
What could it mean?
